Talent Night at the Nursing Home
it was talent night at the nursing home. The three old men in the place were sitting in the back talking. The fifty women were sitting in the front watching the stage.
One frail 80 year old woman made her way to the stage for her “magician talent skit”.
She slowly held her tiny wrinkled hand in a tight fist above her head and shouted in her loudest frail voice… “If any of you three men back there can guess what I have in my hand.. *giggle giggle* you can spend the night with me!”
One of the old men turned slowly and yelled back…. “I know what it is! An Elephant!”
To which she replied… “That’s close enough!”
